JEDEC Publishes HBM3 Update to High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) Standard Seems that SK New is consistent with the current spec and implementations. Data Rates above HBM3-6400 are TBD, but if HBM3 is almost like DDR5 stacked like I heard, I wouldn't be surprised if it hit HBM3-8400. (DDR5-8400 JEDEC specs are in the works)
