  1. Summary of the HBM3 Scenario: SK Old - HBM3-5200 SK New - HBM3-6400 (8x16Gb) SK New New - HBM3-7000 (12x16Gb) Synopsys - HBM3-7200 (Claimed 16x32Gb) Rambus - HBM3-8400 As you can tell, it's a mess. IP vendors seem to imply it can still go higher, both in bandwidth and capacity.

      Slight Mistake: SK New should be 12x16Gb, I didn't release they said 24GB in that previous press release.

      Summary of GDDR6 Successors(?): Micron - GDDR6X-21000 Samsung - GDDR6+-24000 SK - GDDR6-27000 I'm still betting on the latter two using PAM4.
