      @_fabknowledge_ Complementary FET, CFET. It's quite an interesting technology and there's a good chance Intel will be first to it either later this decade or early next decade. The process flows are apparently very complicated for a non-sequential buildup of the CFET.

    @_fabknowledge_ There's already some crazy optimisations for SRAM with GAA/RibbonFET. I wonder what optimisations for SRAM, IO, and maybe Analog they can make with CFET.
