@dylan522p @aschilling This is absolutely my fault, but the fin pitch I had said was wrong for N7 and N5. N7 should be 30nm and N5 should be 28nm, which makes that part less impressive. In summary, I mixed up the M2P and FP on N5 and then switched N7 and N5 because N5 had a larger "FP" than N7's.
