@hs_kuo @IanCutress It is indeed larger. I'd like to note that Intel has historically had less of a focus on SRAM scaling, as compared to TSMC or Samsung, as their CPUs had lower proportions of cache than smartphone SoCs that the foundries' primary revenue source.
