  1. Intel is *not* copying Zen, each of these diagrams' descriptions clearly state "illustrative". They probably did break copyright (I'm not a lawyer), but the flak they should get is for that, not for copying the architecture, that's not what this patent is about. @Underfox3/1511697355145367564

      They should REALLY have used dumbed down diagrams or their own diagrams, but again, they aren't copying Zen. On another note, odds are that this is not for Ocean Cove. Matching Architectures to Patents almost never works out.

        In general, this patent seems extremely scatterbrained, or so it seems. It talks about core, cache, SoC, data centre cooling and optical fabric architecture. Those last two aren't exactly something that makes sense with the others.
