@no_one180 @mooreslawisdead @CDemerjian 10nm yields were quite bad to begin with, but parametric yields (binning) were really low. Defect rates have slowly gone down over the years. Parametric yields have greatly increased with the introduction of 10SF and Intel 7, increasing overall yields quite a bit.
