  1. Based on recent information about Sapphire Rapids MCC, here's my estimation on its details and die size. Cores: 32 PCIe: 80 Die Size: 746 mm² (Monolithic) I'm assuming they they don't disable PCIe lanes for yield reasons, which isn't certain at all at these die sizes.

      I forgot to mention, but this is also with accelerators halved over XCC. If it isn't, it'd be more like 788 mm². With full accelerators and 128 lanes, it's around 849 mm², above the reticle limit.
