    Another Question: Which Intel group's work is this? If it's anything other than Intel Labs, I think it's TSMC N7/P. The people presenting on it as ISSCC seem to be of quite diverse backgrounds.

      Interestingly, one of the people working on this also claim to be working on a "RISC-V SoC on Intel 4", which I assume is Horse Creek.
