Thoughts about Zen 4 5GHz All-Core: Not enough info to mean anything. For all you know, it could be 2 cores, there's not enough info. The only thing you get is that it CAN hit 5GHz, nothing much else. There's no chance pre-production silicon would hit 5 GHz on even 8 cores.
