      Both SPR and KNL have the same caching modes for their HBM/MCDRAM. Intel probably used their experience with KNL for SPR-HBM. The upsides and downsides of each mode should be much the same for SPR-HBM. I wonder if there'll be a hybrid mode too, given it wasn't mentioned.
