    @S1MPL1CATED That seems quite plausible. Chips from Israel and Ireland could be packaged there. They can also be packaged if they're from Dresden via GlobalFoundries. (for example) I believe Israel should be getting an Intel 4 fab soon too, the $10+1 B one in Kiryat Gat.
