In light of the leak by @ExecuFix, here's the updated numbers for GPGPUs. Only updates are for MI200. MI200 edges out in FP64, crushes in FP32 and FP16. PVC maintains a lead in matrix calculations. [Matrix]

I removed the TDP since I have no idea at this point. I'm thinking it's probably 600W though. I don't know what Intel was thinking by not implementing packed FP32, it's letting them down a lot here. (There's also timeline but that's a different point)

I'm hesistant to say 500W, even though that's what I heard, given MI100's power consumption, and the clocks this is hitting.
