Does anyone know if the core area numbers given for the SiFive P550 are on TSMC N7 or Intel 4 (previously 7nm)? If it's the latter, that'd be a ridiculous transistor budget for a core with ~Cortex-A76 IPC. They had said the area was 0.38mm².
