@aschilling It's likely not Ponte Vecchio as @SquashBionic pointed out. Sapphire Rapids is 10, 18 with HBM. Stratix 10 is 7. This seems likely to be a future FPGA? Possibly 8 XCVR links instead of 4. It could also just be a custom Stratix model with 8 links.
