[Hopium and Speculation Warning] I seem to have been partially wrong about the L2 capacity on Alchemist not being enough to significantly matter for bandwidth. It's still bandwidth starved at 2160p, but not as much as I expected.

With some quick conservative calculations, it seems the bandwidth at 2160p, after accounting for the cache hit rate, is almost adequate. At 2160p, It should be able to perform like a RTX 3070 Ti at 2.2 GHz, which is probably the 275W SKU.
-
At 1080p and 1440p, it should approximately match the RX 6800. This is assuming that the L2 on Alchemist is actually used similarly to Infinity Cache on Navi II, and the hit rates are similar at similar capacities. (32 MiB in this case)

64B/cycle/channel, 4 channels (conservative), 2.2 GHz 2160p L2 BW: 64 * 4 * 2.2 * 26.875% = 68.8 GB/s 1440p L2 BW: 64 * 4 * 2.2 * 37.5% = 96 GB/s 1080p L2 BW: 64 * 4 * 2.2 * 55% = 140.8 GB/s This is on top of the 512 GB/s of GDDR6 BW. (Assuming 16 Gb/s modules)
