  1. I've just found this, and N3 pricing hurts, a lot. It's ~1.8x increase in cost per wafer. N7 -> N5 was quite similar too. N7 - 9346 (2-4 EUV) [Is this N7+?] N5 - 16900 (14 EUV) N3 - 30000 (26 EUV)
