      @david_schor 3.6 GHz is the highest clocked ARM core I can think of. M1 Firestorm and Altra Neoverse N1 were 3.3 GHz.

    @david_schor On the other hand, I will note that ARM claims things about frequencies all the time, and they never seem to actually happen.
