@chiakokhua @BHenny504 They probably did, but they'll run out eventually, and they'll be stuck. SMIC still isn't advanced enough and doesn't seem to be looking into leading-edge nodes, so the sanctions would have to be lifted, or it will be doomed, much like Kirin.
