2026 is a very long time away. High NA is scheduled for 2025. NXE:3600D should start shipping in larger numbers in the second half of this year. TSMC, Samsung, Intel, Micron and SK Hynix are going to be starting price wars on these things at this rate.

I wonder how Intel's EUV shipments are going along too, they need a lot of machines by 2023, and given ASML was already backlogged till 2023 in Q1, it'll be interesting to see how it progresses.
