      @TechAltar TSMC's leading-edge N5/N3 fab costs 19.5 Billion. 10 Billion would only be about 1/2 of that. Intel's fab would probably be around 15-17 Billion judging off of TSMC's N7/N5 fabs.

    @TechAltar The cost roughly follows Rocks' Law, a sibling of Moore's Law, which states that fab cost doubles every 4 years. See: youtu.be/785Uzi1mGAA
